<p>I find the world of manifesting, the Law of Attraction, and the Law of Assumption very fascinating. Many years ago, when I wasn&rsquo;t feeling great and was struggling with depression and anxiety, YouTube recommended a documentary called The Secret to me. At that time, I had absolutely no idea what manifesting or the Law of Attraction was, but it ended up changing my whole life.</p>



<p>That documentary gave me hope during very dark times. Today, I&rsquo;m going to explain the basics of manifesting. In the future, I plan to write more blog posts about manifesting and dive a little deeper into the topic. But for now, we&rsquo;re sticking to the basics.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">The Basics of Manifesting</h2>



<p>There are three simple steps in manifesting, and they are actually quite simple. Although, for most people, one of these three steps is the hardest. I spend a lot of time online in the manifesting community, and I often see people struggling with the second step.</p>



<p>That&rsquo;s why I&rsquo;m going to write a new blog article about the second step as soon as possible, so I can help you with that. Of course, you still have to do the work yourself.</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Step 1: Ask</h3>



<p>The first step is the most fun part of manifesting. All you have to do is say or think about what you want in life, and remember, the possibilities are endless. You can ask for anything you want. There are no limits. Do you want a relationship with a specific person? A pink car? Maybe a new house? You can also manifest better friendships or even entirely new ones. A new job or a promotion is possible too. Everything is possible.And the best part? Once you know what you want to manifest, you can simply say it or think it, it doesn&rsquo;t matter how.</p>



<p>I also want to point out that if you&rsquo;re new to manifesting, it can help to build confidence by starting with smaller things. With manifesting, it doesn&rsquo;t matter whether you ask for something big or small, it can all manifest. But the truth is, most people struggle with confidence and faith in the process. That&rsquo;s why it&rsquo;s often easier to start small. Plus, manifesting little things is fun! I do it all the time, and it&rsquo;s a great way to practice and see results quickly.</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Step 2:  Believe</h3>



<p>This is the step that most people struggle with, and I can understand why. Imagine you need money, or a job to earn that money. Without it, you might not have enough for food or rent. Naturally, most people focus on the fact that they don&rsquo;t have it, and that makes manifesting it almost impossible. The key is this: you have two options, you can either focus on what you want, or you can focus on not having it. And when you really need or want something, most people end up focusing on the &ldquo;not having&rdquo; part, which blocks the manifestation.</p>



<p>To manifest, you have to truly believe that you already have what you want. Maybe your 3D world, the world we see with our eyes, isn&rsquo;t showing it yet. That&rsquo;s okay; it takes time. During this &ldquo;waiting period,&rdquo; you just have to keep believing that it&rsquo;s already yours and stick with that belief until it actually appears in your 3D reality. You can&rsquo;t think, &ldquo;Yes, I just got a promotion&rdquo; or &ldquo;I am in a relationship with this person,&rdquo; and then an hour later doubt it or think something else. This is why people recommend starting with smaller manifestations first, to build confidence and faith in the process.</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Step 3: Receive</h3>



<p>This is the easy part. If you&rsquo;ve done Step 2 and truly believe that what you want is already yours, then it will come to you, and trust me, it always delivers. Be grateful when it happens. Step 3 isn&rsquo;t even your job; it&rsquo;s just the 3D world reflecting your inner world (your 4D reality). That&rsquo;s exactly how it works. So if you don&rsquo;t like your life in the 3D world, it&rsquo;s a sign that you need to adopt new beliefs and become conscious of what you think about.</p>

<p>Life doesn&rsquo;t always have to be so hard. Yes, we all face challenges, but what if you could make your life a little <em>easier</em>, more aligned, and even magical&mdash;by working <em>with</em> the universe instead of against it? That&rsquo;s where manifesting comes in.<br>Manifestation is more than just a buzzword&mdash;it&rsquo;s a mindset shift that can help you create a life you <em>actually</em> enjoy. Whether you want more money, love, peace, confidence, or new opportunities, learning how to manifest can change the way you move through the world.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">&#10024; What Is Manifesting?</h2>



<p>Manifesting is the practice of turning your desires into reality through focused thoughts, emotions, and energy. It&rsquo;s based on the idea that what you think and feel consistently attracts similar experiences into your life. By setting clear intentions, believing in the possibility, and aligning your mindset with your goals, you become a magnet for what you want. Manifestation isn&rsquo;t about forcing outcomes&mdash;it&rsquo;s about trusting the universe, taking inspired action, and staying open to receive. Whether it&rsquo;s love, success, or peace, manifesting helps you co-create your life consciously and intentionally, one thought and belief at a time.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">&#127769; How to Manifest in 3 Powerful Steps</h2>



<h4 class="wp-block-heading">1. <strong>Ask &ndash; Get Clear on What You Want</strong></h4>



<p>You can&rsquo;t manifest something vague. The universe responds best to clarity.</p>



<p>&#9989; <strong>What to do:</strong></p>



<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>Write down exactly what you want.</li>



<li>Be specific (instead of &ldquo;I want more money,&rdquo; try &ldquo;I want to receive &euro;1,000 this month through aligned work&rdquo;).</li>



<li>Use present tense: &ldquo;I am in a loving, secure relationship,&rdquo; not &ldquo;I want to be&hellip;&rdquo;</li>
</ul>



<p>&#128161; <em>Tip:</em> You can visualize it, say it out loud, or write it in a manifestation journal. Speak it into existence.</p>

<h4 class="wp-block-heading">2. <strong>Believe &ndash; Embody the Energy of Already Having It</strong></h4>



<p>This is where many people get stuck. If you ask, but deep down believe it&rsquo;s &ldquo;too good to be true&rdquo; or &ldquo;not for people like me,&rdquo; your energy blocks it from showing up.</p>



<p>&#9989; <strong>What to do:</strong></p>



<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>Act <em>as if</em> it&rsquo;s already yours. How would you feel if you had it? Confident? Grateful? Safe?</li>



<li>Let go of desperation. Trust that it&rsquo;s coming, even if you can&rsquo;t see how yet.</li>



<li>Affirm it daily. Use positive affirmations like:
<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>&ldquo;Everything I desire is already on its way.&rdquo;</li>



<li>&ldquo;I am worthy of good things.&rdquo;</li>
</ul>
</li>
</ul>



<p>&#128161; <em>Tip:</em> Watch your self-talk and stop doubting your power. You don&rsquo;t need to <em>force</em> it&mdash;you need to <em>feel</em> it.</p>

<h4 class="wp-block-heading">3. <strong>Receive &ndash; Let It Come in Unexpected Ways</strong></h4>



<p>You&rsquo;ve asked. You&rsquo;ve aligned your energy. Now comes the fun part: receiving.</p>



<p>&#9989; <strong>What to do:</strong></p>



<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>Stay open. Opportunities might come in ways you didn&rsquo;t expect.</li>



<li>Follow your intuition. If you get a nudge to take action, do it.</li>



<li>Practice gratitude daily. Gratitude raises your vibration and tells the universe you&rsquo;re ready for more.</li>
</ul>



<p>&#128161; <em>Tip:</em> Let go of the &ldquo;how&rdquo; and focus on staying in receiving mode. Keep your energy calm and confident.</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">&#128171; Final Thoughts</h3>



<p>Manifesting isn&rsquo;t magic&mdash;it&rsquo;s a mindset. The universe responds to your energy, and when you show up with clarity, belief, and openness, life begins to shift. You don&rsquo;t have to hustle your way to happiness. You get to <em>attract</em> it.</p>



<p>So next time you feel stuck, remember these three steps: <strong>Ask. Believe. Receive.</strong><br>You have more power than you think.</p>

<p>It&rsquo;s a new year, which means it&rsquo;s the <em>perfect</em> time to focus on what you want to achieve and how you&rsquo;re going to make it happen. If you&rsquo;re anything like me, the idea of manifestation feels both exciting and a little intimidating. But trust me&mdash;it&rsquo;s not as woo-woo as it sounds. Manifestation is basically about getting clear on your goals, believing in yourself, and taking aligned action to make them a reality.</p>



<p>Here&rsquo;s how I&rsquo;m using manifestation to crush my goals in 2025&mdash;and how you can, too:</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">How to Make 2025 Your Best Year Yet</h2>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">1. <strong>Get Clear on What You Want</strong></h3>



<p>First things first: you need to know what you actually want. Spend some time journaling or just daydreaming about your ideal life. What do you want to achieve this year? Maybe it&rsquo;s a career move, financial freedom, your dream body, or a relationship. Write it all down! The more specific you are, the better.</p>



<p>&#128161; <em>Tip</em>: Instead of saying, &ldquo;I want to be successful,&rdquo; try something like, &ldquo;I want to earn $10,000 a month doing work I love.&rdquo; Clarity is key!</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">2. <strong>Visualize It Like It&rsquo;s Already Happened</strong></h3>



<p>This is the fun part! Close your eyes and imagine your dream life. How does it feel? What does your day look like? The more vividly you can picture it, the stronger your connection to that reality becomes. Personally, I love doing this while listening to calming music or meditating&mdash;it makes it feel <em>real</em>. It is basically daydreaming, but now you are more in control. You decide what is happening, you are the director.</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">3. <strong>Write Affirmations That Empower You</strong></h3>



<p>Affirmations are like little pep talks for your brain. Write positive, present-tense statements that align with your goals. For example:</p>



<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>&ldquo;I am confident, successful, and attracting amazing opportunities.&rdquo;</li>



<li>&ldquo;My dream life is unfolding perfectly.&rdquo;</li>
</ul>



<p>Stick these affirmations somewhere you&rsquo;ll see them daily&mdash;your mirror, phone wallpaper, or even a sticky note on your laptop. One thing I have learned in the last couple of weeks is to use affirmations all day long, because why not? But those affirmations should also feel good to you. Sometimes when you say &lsquo;I am a millionaire&rsquo;, you might feel resistance (negative emotions) because you don&rsquo;t believe it. Then I would suggest using general affirmations like: &lsquo;I love knowing that&hellip;&hellip;..&rsquo; and fill in the blanks. This is one of the things that Abraham/Esther Hicks taught me and now it feels actually fun to use affirmations.</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">4. <strong>Take Aligned Action</strong></h3>



<p>Here&rsquo;s the deal: manifestation isn&rsquo;t just about wishing; it&rsquo;s about doing. Once you&rsquo;re clear on your goals, ask yourself, <em>What&rsquo;s the next step I can take to move closer to this?</em> Start small and keep going. Even tiny actions&mdash;like updating your r&eacute;sum&eacute;, signing up for a class, or reaching out to someone&mdash;can create momentum. </p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">5. <strong>Embrace Gratitude</strong></h3>



<p>Gratitude is like fuel for manifestation. Every day, take a moment to appreciate what you already have. It shifts your energy and helps you attract more good things. I love keeping a gratitude journal where I jot down three things I&rsquo;m thankful for each night. And don&rsquo;t forget to be grateful for the little things as well. Be grateful for the warm cup of tea/coffee you&rsquo;re drinking. Be grateful that the sun is shining. You can just notice those little things along the way and say thank you. Or you can sit down for a minute or two and name all the things you are grateful for in THAT exact moment.</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">6. <strong>Stay Patient and Trust the Process</strong></h3>



<p>Manifestation isn&rsquo;t always instant, and that&rsquo;s okay. The key is to stay consistent, even when results aren&rsquo;t immediate. Trust that what&rsquo;s meant for you is on its way. Keep putting in the work and staying open to opportunities&mdash;sometimes, things show up in ways you don&rsquo;t expect!</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">7. <strong>Celebrate the Wins (Big and Small)</strong></h3>



<p>When something you&rsquo;ve been manifesting comes to fruition&mdash;whether it&rsquo;s a tiny step or a major milestone&mdash;celebrate it! Acknowledging your progress keeps you motivated and reminds you of your power. Progress = progress.</p>

<p>Here&rsquo;s a sneak peek at what I&rsquo;m manifesting this year:</p>

<li>Growing my social media (dream big, right?).</li>

<li>Finding a balance between work, self-care, and having fun.</li>

</ul>



<p>Manifestation has been a game-changer for me, and I truly believe it can help you achieve your wildest goals in 2025. So grab a journal, dream big, and get ready to make this year unforgettable.</p>

Listen to that voice more often. It knows what&rsquo;s best for you. </p>

The other day I was reading a book (Ask and it&rsquo;s given by Esther Hicks) and one the things she mentioned was that you always will know if you are doing/thinking about something you want, because then you will feel good. </p>



<p><strong>Take Small Steps</strong>: Following your heart doesn&rsquo;t mean making drastic changes overnight. I mean, you can do that if you really want to. But sometimes changing things can be scary. Start small. If you love painting, dedicate a little time each day to it. If you dream of traveling, start planning short trips. These small steps build momentum and confidence.</p>



<p><strong>Surround Yourself with Support</strong>: Share your dreams with supportive friends or join communities of like-minded individuals. Encouragement and positive vibes from others who understand your journey can be incredibly motivating. If you can&rsquo;t find anyone in your friend&rsquo;s group, maybe find a few like-minded people online. Social media is great to find people with similar and supportive people.</p>

Ever wonder why some days you feel on top of the world and other days, not so much? A lot of that has to do with how you see yourself&mdash;your self-concept. Let&rsquo;s break it down and explore why having a good self-concept is crucial and how you can cultivate one.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">What is Self-Concept</h2>



<p>Self-concept is essentially how you perceive yourself. It&rsquo;s the collection of beliefs you hold about who you are, including your abilities, appearance, and personality. Think of it as the mental image you have of yourself. This image influences your thoughts, actions, and overall attitude towards life.<br>Having a negative self-concept isn&rsquo;t always your own fault. For example, maybe you have started to believe that you aren&rsquo;t pretty or good enough because you have been bullied in the past. If you constantly hear something like: &lsquo;You are ugly&rsquo;, you might start believing it. <br>But the good news is that you can always change your self-concept, and you use the same method. You tell yourself over and over that you are pretty or good enough. And eventually, you will start to believe it.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Why is a Good Self-Concept Important?<br></h2>

<li><strong>Boosts Confidence</strong> A positive self-concept can boost your confidence, making you more likely to take on new challenges and pursue your goals. When you believe in yourself, you&rsquo;re more inclined to succeed. If you believe that you can do anything, it will be easier to take action no matter how scary something can be.</li>



<li><strong>Improves Mental Health</strong> Having a healthy self-concept can reduce anxiety and depression. It fosters a sense of self-worth and helps you handle stress and setbacks more effectively. When I have a good day, it feels like I am on top of the world and I feel amazing mentally. I feel happier and I enjoy life. </li>



<li><strong>Enhances Relationships</strong> When you feel good about yourself, it reflects in your interactions with others. You&rsquo;re more likely to build healthy, supportive relationships because you&rsquo;re not seeking validation from others. You&rsquo;re more patient as well, which make you a better person to talk to. And when you take care of yourself and your mental health, you will have more energy for others. </li>



<li><strong>Promotes Resilience</strong> A strong self-concept makes you more resilient. You&rsquo;re better equipped to bounce back from failures and hardships, viewing them as opportunities to learn and grow rather than as reflections of your worth.  Suddenly that &lsquo;failure&rsquo; doesn&rsquo;t seem like the end of the world anymore.</li>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">How to Achieve a Good Self-Concept<br></h2>

<li><strong>Self-Reflection</strong> Spend time understanding who you are and what makes you tick. Journaling can be a great tool for self-reflection. Write about your strengths, weaknesses, and experiences that have shaped you. Reflection also helps to find out how you think.  You will figure out if you have a lot of negative self-talk going on in your head.</li>



<li><strong>Positive Self-Talk</strong> Be mindful of your inner dialogue. Challenge negative thoughts and replace them with positive affirmations. Instead of thinking, &ldquo;I can&rsquo;t do this,&rdquo; tell yourself, &ldquo;I can handle this challenge.&rdquo; Be aware of how you think and talk.</li>



<li><strong>Set Realistic Goals</strong> Set achievable goals that align with your values and interests. Accomplishing these goals can boost your self-esteem and reinforce a positive self-concept. And I am one of those people who believes that you can achieve anything as long you truly believe in it. You can manifest anything. But in the beginning earning 100K per month might be a step too far. Go for something more believable and make it bigger each time. Most people who start with manifesting/Law of Attraction start small because they have a lot of negative beliefs.</li>



<li><strong>Surround Yourself with Positive Influences</strong> Spend time with people who uplift and support you. Positive relationships can enhance your self-concept, while toxic ones can drag you down. Don&rsquo;t let other people bring you down and if they do, spend less time around them or cut them completely off when they do it all the time.</li>



<li><strong>Celebrate Your Achievements</strong> Take time to acknowledge and celebrate your accomplishments, no matter how small. Recognizing your successes reinforces your self-worth. For some, this might mean you celebrate you got out of bed today (if you have depression or something else). For others, it might mean that you finished your to-do list.</li>



<li><strong>Practice Self-Compassion</strong> Be kind to yourself, especially when things don&rsquo;t go as planned. Treat yourself with the same compassion you would offer a friend going through a tough time. I always recommend to listen to your body, because it tells you what you really need. Sometimes this might mean watching one of your favorite movies, while other times a healthy meal is all you need.</li>



<li><strong>Learn New Skills</strong> Continuously learning and improving yourself can boost your self-concept. Take up a new hobby, enroll in a class, or read about topics that interest you. It is fun to learn something new, but it will give you more confidence as well. </li>



<li><strong>Take Care of Your Physical Health</strong> Your physical well-being affects your mental state. Exercise regularly, eat nutritious foods, and get enough sleep. When you feel good physically, it&rsquo;s easier to maintain a positive self-concept. Put your needs first, the rest comes later. For example, I do everything for a good night&rsquo;s sleep. For me, that means I don&rsquo;t use screens in the evening anymore.</li>



<li><strong>Seek Feedback</strong> Constructive feedback from trusted friends, family, or mentors can help you see yourself from a different perspective and identify areas for growth. And try to see feedback as a way to grow instead of an attack on you.</li>



<li><strong>Mindfulness and Meditation</strong> Practicing mindfulness and meditation can help you stay grounded and present. These practices can reduce stress and help you connect more deeply with your true self. You will feel more relaxed and be more patient.</li>
</ol>



<p>Developing a good self-concept is an ongoing journey. It takes time and effort, but the benefits are well worth it. By understanding and valuing yourself, you&rsquo;ll not only improve your own life but also positively impact those around you.</p>

<p>First things first, what exactly is the Law of Assumption? Well, it&rsquo;s a manifestation principle that revolves around the idea that your assumptions about reality shape your experiences. In other words, what you believe to be true becomes true for you. Sounds a lot like the Law of Attraction, right? Well, you&rsquo;re not wrong! The Law of Assumption is like the Law of Attraction&rsquo;s cool cousin who&rsquo;s here to take your manifestation game to the next level. </p>



<p>So how does it work? It&rsquo;s all about shifting your mindset from &ldquo;I want&rdquo; to &ldquo;I am.&rdquo; Instead of constantly focusing on what you lack or desire, you start assuming the feeling of already having your desires fulfilled. It&rsquo;s about embodying the energy of your manifestations and living as if they&rsquo;re already a reality. When you do that, things around you will start to change. There are many ways/techniques to help you with this, which I will describe down below.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">How to Use the Law of Assumption</h2>



<p>So how can you start using the Law of Assumption to manifest your wildest dreams? It&rsquo;s all about visualization and affirmation. Take some time each day to visualize yourself living your desired reality in vivid detail. Feel the emotions, see the sights, and hear the sounds of your manifested life. Then, reinforce your assumptions with powerful affirmations that affirm your belief in your manifestations. Repeat them often and with conviction, and watch as the universe conspires to make them a reality. Pick one or two desires and focus on those two things as often as you can. If you want more money, visualize the things you want to do with the money or imagine seeing those numbers on your bank account. If you want to have a relationship, imagine yourself being in that relationship.</p>

<li><strong>Gratitude Journaling</strong>: Write down things you&rsquo;re grateful for, including the things you&rsquo;re manifesting as if they&rsquo;ve already happened. This helps shift your focus to abundance and positivity.</li>



<li><strong>Scripting</strong>: Write in detail about your desired reality as if it&rsquo;s already happening. Describe how you feel, what you&rsquo;re doing, and who you&rsquo;re with in this ideal scenario.</li>



<li><strong>Vision Boards</strong>: Create a visual representation of your goals and dreams using images, words, and symbols. Place it somewhere you&rsquo;ll see it daily to reinforce your intentions. It helps you the remember that should think about the things you want.</li>



<li><strong>Meditation</strong>: Practice mindfulness or guided meditation to quiet your mind and connect with your inner self. This can help clarify your desires and increase your manifestation power.</li>



<li><strong>Acting as If</strong>: Live your life as if your desires have already manifested. Take actions that align with your goals and embody the feelings of already having what you want.</li>

<p>But remember, manifestation is a journey, not a destination. It&rsquo;s about enjoying the process and trusting in divine timing. So keep assuming, keep believing, and keep manifesting your heart&rsquo;s desires. Don&rsquo;t worry about having negative thoughts about the things you don&rsquo;t want in your life. As long your dominating thoughts are about the things you want, you will manifest it. What you think about the most will manifest. It is a lifestyle. You literally become a different person and think in your favor. Even after manifesting, you will keep thinking like this. Don&rsquo;t go back to the old self. And isn&rsquo;t it more fun to think about what you want to manifesting rather than thinking about you don&rsquo;t want? </p>

Buckle up because we&rsquo;re about to embark on a journey of self-discovery and manifesting greatness. I am going to talk about manifesting your dream life like a boss. Because we all deserve to live our dream lives. Today I tell you how you can change your life for the better.<br><br><strong>A little warning</strong>: If you are new to the Law of Attraction. Know that manifesting your dream life does not mean that nothing bad is ever going to happen. Certain things (like loss/death) are a part of life. Some people even lose their jobs when they start manifesting because this means that they will find something better.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Manifesting Your Dream Life Like a Boss</h2>


<p>1. <strong>Mindset Reset 101:</strong> First things first, let&rsquo;s talk about mindset. It&rsquo;s the captain of your ship, the mastermind behind your choices. Take a moment to evaluate your current mental state. Are you dwelling on limitations or embracing possibilities? A mindset reset is like a wardrobe change for your brain &ndash; toss out the negativity and rock that positivity like a runway model.&nbsp;</p>
<p>2. <strong>Dream Big, Start Small:</strong> Your dream life might feel like a distant galaxy right now, but remember, even stars start as tiny sparks. Break down your big dreams into bite-sized goals. Want to write a book? Start with a page. Dream of running a marathon? Begin with a jog around the block. The journey of a thousand miles begins with that single step, my friend. And of course, don&rsquo;t give up.</p>
<p>3. <strong>Positive Vibes Only:</strong> Surround yourself with positivity like it&rsquo;s your personal bodyguard. Kick negativity to the curb, whether it&rsquo;s toxic relationships, self-doubt, or that Debbie Downer podcast you&rsquo;ve been binging. Fill your space with things that uplift you, and watch how your mindset shifts from &lsquo;I can&rsquo;t&rsquo; to &lsquo;I absolutely can.&rsquo; This might be a difficult step for some. Good vibes Only mindset is not always good. When you are coming from a negative mindset it is better, to accept where you are right now. Then you will start raising your vibration, meaning you will feel better fast. Maybe even within a few minutes. You can also distract yourself when you are feeling down. And when you notice a shift in mood, then you start thinking about fun things. Just daydream a little bit.&nbsp;</p>
<p>4. <strong>Mind Your Language:</strong> No, not English or French, I&rsquo;m talking about the language you use with yourself. Swap out those &lsquo;I can&rsquo;ts&rsquo; for &lsquo;I can and I will.&rsquo; Your words are like little wizards shaping your reality. Choose them wisely, and watch the magic unfold. Words are powerful, especially when you say them often. They become an affirmation. Instead of saying &lsquo;You&rsquo;re worthless and you can&rsquo;t do it&rsquo;, immediately swap it for something more positive like &lsquo;I can take the first step towards my dream.&rsquo;</p>
<p>5. <strong>Gratitude is the Attitude:</strong> Gratitude is the universe&rsquo;s currency, and the more you spend, the richer you become. Take a moment each day to appreciate the small wins, the silver linings, and the lessons learned. An attitude of gratitude is the rocket fuel that propels you towards your dream life. Keep a journal and every night or morning write down the things you are grateful for. This helps you to focus on the positive side of life. In every situation, there is something bad and good.</p>

Visualization is a powerful tool to align your actions with your dreams. The more vividly you can imagine your success, the more likely you are to achieve it. A lot of athletes use this technique to win, but you can also use these techniques to see yourself living that life and achieving those goals. It is pretty exciting to visualize it. You will definitely feel more motivated afterward.</p>
<p>7. <strong>Action Jackson:</strong> Manifestation isn&rsquo;t a spectator sport. Lace-up those action boots and start moving. Every small step you take is a vote for the dream life you want. Remember, the universe loves a go-getter, so be that person who takes the bull by the horns and rides it to success. Take inspired action, meaning if you are in a good mood and you suddenly get an idea, act on it. Because this will help you to achieve those goals. Don&rsquo;t take action when you are in a dark place. If you are feeling down, make sure to take care of yourself and your mindset first.&nbsp;</p>
<p>8. <strong>Embrace Failure as a Friend:</strong> Guess what? Failure is not the end; it&rsquo;s a pit stop on the road to success. Don&rsquo;t let it scare you off; instead, let it be your guide. Learn, pivot, and keep moving forward. Failure is just success in progress. Lots of people fail in their lives. Don&rsquo;t be to upset about it. Take a deep breath and reflect. What did you learn about this situation?</p>
<p>9. <strong>Community is Key:</strong> Surround yourself with dreamers, doers, and believers. A supportive community can lift you up on the days when your mindset needs a little boost. <p>Recently I came across a video on TikTok and these girls/women were talking about how they used the Lucky Girl Syndrome to manifest certain things into their lives. And it caught my attention. I am into the Law of Attraction, but I had never heard of this technique. I did some research for you so I could write a blog about Lucky Girl Syndrome, so you could use this technique as well and maybe manifest some incredible things with it.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">What is the Lucky Girl Syndrome?</h2>



<p>If you already know a few things about the Law of Attraction, you might have heard about Neville Goddard. His books on the Laws of the Universe are extremely popular. One of his books is a book about the Law of Assumption. It is not the same as the Law of Attraction, but they are closely related. In that book, he explains that you have to assume something is going to happen to you and really believe in it. For example, you really want to find the perfect house/apartment for yourself. You have to see yourself living in that apartment and because you assume it is going to happen, you start acting like that. You start buying things for the apartment. You just really believe it is already yours, no matter what.</p>



<p>You might wonder what this has to do with the Lucky Girl Syndrome and I will explain. The Lucky Girl syndrome is basically the Law of Assumption. You just think that you are the luckiest girl (or boy) in this world and that you get everything you want.&nbsp;</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Lucky Girl Syndrome tips</h2>



<p>Now you know what it is, but easier said than done. If you have lived in poverty all your life, how can you believe that you are going to be rich? Or what if you want that apartment, but you look around you and you see that you don&rsquo;t have it? I have a couple of tips that might help you with this.</p>

<li><strong>Feel good:</strong> How does it feel to manifest the thing you want? You will feel happy and excited, right? But it is important that you also have that feeling right now. You have to feel like you are the luckiest person in this world. This takes time and practice, but it will be worth it. Every time you have a thought that does not feel good, focus on something better.</li>



<li><strong>Visualize:</strong> Close your eyes and see yourself already having the thing you want. Neville Goddard states in one of his books that it is best to visualize and create the feeling of already having it right before you fall asleep. But you can visualize whenever you want. And when you open your eyes again, try to keep that feeling. </li>



<li><strong>Start small: </strong>The best way to start manifesting things is to start small. I believe a lot of people start with a (free) cup of coffee or tea. Start with something that is easy to believe. If you believe it, you will attract it or attract something better than that.</li>



<li><strong>Spend time with positive people:</strong> Everything is energy and like attracts like. This means if you feel good, you will attract more good things and people. This means if you spend time with happy and uplifting people, your energy will be more positive than when you spend time with negative people.</li>



<li><strong>Do things that make you happy:</strong> Find out what brings you joy and do those things more often. For example, I like to watch happy movies and read happy books. I stopped reading and watching horror and crime and just focused on the things that made me happy.</li>



<li><strong>Use Law of Attraction Techniques:</strong> There are many Laws of Attraction. The point of these techniques is that they make you feel better and make you believe you already have what you want.<br><br></li>
