50+ Things You Can Do On A Rainy Day

It is fall and here fall means a lot of wind and rain. But what if you are bored on a rainy day and you have no idea what you want to do? During summer, you have more options, because the weather is nice to spend a lot of time outdoors. But now everyone is spending a lot more time inside. I decided to make a list of things you can do on a rainy day. And trust me, there are still so many things you can do, even when you want to stay inside all day.

  1. Read a Book: Get lost in the world of literature. Rainy and stormy days are the perfect days to snuggle up and read all day long.

  2. Watch a Movie Marathon: Pick a film series or genre and have a movie day. Don’t forget to make a few snacks before watching and enjoy.

  3. Cook a New Recipe: Try your hand at a new dish. Go on Pinterest to find new great recipes.

  4. Bake Goodies: Make cookies, brownies, or your favorite baked goods. Fall is the perfect season to start baking.

  5. Write in a Journal: Reflect on your thoughts and experiences. Journaling can help with your mental health and struggles.

  6. Puzzle Time: Work on jigsaw puzzles or brain-teasers. Put on a fun playlist and puzzle!

  7. Board Games: Gather friends or family for some old-fashioned fun.

  8. Crafting: Get creative with DIY projects or create your own Bullet Journal. 

  9. Paint or Draw: Unleash your inner artist. Find tutorials on YouTube to improve your skills.

  17. Cuddle Up with a Pet: Spend quality time with your furry friend. They will also appreciate the extra quality time.

  20. Visit a Museum Online: Explore art and history from home. These days everything is possible. You can visit a museum without getting out of your bed.

  22. Make a Scrapbook: Organize your memories. Put concert and movie tickets in your scrapbook, and write down funny stories you don’t want to forget.
